Support desk running 24×7

Who we are

One partner across the full IT lifecycle

Ryvora Integrated Services is an IT services organisation headquartered in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, serving clients across Delhi NCR and the wider country. We operate four connected practices — software development, IT manpower, managed IT support and infrastructure — under a single commercial relationship.

That structure exists because of a pattern we kept seeing. An organisation buys hardware from one supplier, hires contractors through a second, gets an application built by a third, and then spends its own management time stitching the three together. When something breaks, each one points at the other two.

We take the co-ordination off the client. One account lead, one contract, one escalation path — whether the request is a new module in an application, a replacement network engineer, or a firewall that stopped responding at midnight.

What we stand on

The commitments a client can hold us to

These are not values on a wall. Each one is something you can check on a monthly review call.

Accountability stays with us

Where a specialist delivery partner is involved, they work under our contract and our account lead. You raise one ticket, to one desk, and we own the outcome.

People are vetted before deployment

Technical screening, reference and background verification, and documented onboarding — before an engineer sits at your site, not after.

Documentation is a deliverable

Network diagrams, admin runbooks, credentials handover and change logs are part of the scope. You should never be locked in by missing knowledge.

Security is designed in

Centralised identity, least-privilege access, patch discipline and logging are treated as the baseline of any environment we build or take over.

Commercials stay predictable

Fixed scope where the scope is knowable, transparent rate cards where it is not, and no surprise line items on a monthly invoice.

Cover is real, not nominal

Support hours are staffed, replacements for deployed staff are contractual, and escalation contacts are named individuals with phone numbers.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Yes. Our office and core team are in Ghaziabad, and we deploy on-site staff and field engineers across India. Remote-delivered work — development, monitoring, help desk and cloud administration — is location independent.

A single deployed resource, or a defined project such as one application module or one office network build. There is no minimum team size, though longer engagements get better rates.

Regularly. We start with an assessment of what exists, document the gaps — usually around access control, backups and patching — and agree a transition plan before taking operational responsibility.

Monthly retainer based on the number of users, devices and servers under management, and the support window you need. Project work is quoted separately as fixed scope or time and materials.

Yes — servers, storage, networking, endpoints, UPS and surveillance from established brands, plus Microsoft 365, Windows Server, antivirus and SQL Server licensing.

Tell us what you need to get running.

Share the scope — a project, a team, or day-to-day support — and we will come back with people, timelines and commercials.
