Overview
Software that removes the spreadsheet in the middle
Most operational problems we are called in for look the same from a distance: a critical process running through a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and one person's memory. It works until volume grows, or that person leaves.
We build the application that replaces it — with the roles, approvals, records and reports the process actually needs. Then we stay on to extend it as the process changes, because software that no one maintains becomes the next legacy problem.
Engagements run either as a fixed-scope build against agreed requirements, or as a monthly development capacity you direct week to week.
What a build includes
- Discovery
- Process mapping & scope doc
- Design
- Schema, architecture, UI flows
- Build
- Sprint releases on a staging URL
- Testing
- Functional + UAT with your team
- Deployment
- Server setup, SSL, backups
- After go-live
- Warranty + optional AMC
Capabilities
What we build
Business applications
Internal systems that run a real workflow — enquiry to invoice, request to approval, intake to dispatch — with role-based access and an audit trail.
- Role and permission models
- Approval and workflow engines
- Document and record management
Web platforms & portals
Customer, vendor, employee and member portals with self-service, secure login and the reporting your operations team keeps asking for.
- Registration and onboarding flows
- Payment and receipt handling
- Notification and messaging
Dashboards & reporting
Operational and management reporting built on live data, so the monthly review runs off one source instead of five exports.
- Live operational dashboards
- Scheduled and exportable reports
- Data consolidation across systems
API & system integration
Connecting the systems you already run — accounting, HR, CRM, payment gateways, messaging and government platforms — so data stops being re-keyed.
- REST API design and consumption
- Third-party gateway integration
- Scheduled sync and reconciliation jobs
Modernisation & migration
Old applications rebuilt or lifted onto supported platforms, with the data brought across intact and verified against the source.
- Legacy application rewrites
- Database migration and cleanup
- On-premises to cloud moves
Maintenance & enhancement
A monthly retainer covering bug fixes, security patching, small enhancements and version upgrades, with a tracked backlog you control.
- Defect resolution against SLA
- Feature backlog delivery
- Dependency and security updates

Questions
How development engagements run
You do, on final payment, along with the repository, database schema and deployment documentation. We do not hold code hostage as a retention mechanism.
Every sprint is deployed to a staging URL you can log into. You review working software every two weeks rather than reading a status report.
Small changes are absorbed within the sprint. Anything that moves the scope materially is estimated in writing and you decide whether it goes in now, later, or not at all.
Yes. Server provisioning, SSL, monitoring, backups and ongoing patching can be added as a managed support retainer, so the application and the infrastructure under it stay with one team.
Tell us what you need to get running.
Share the scope — a project, a team, or day-to-day support — and we will come back with people, timelines and commercials.
